HEALTH QUEST PLANNING (Free to new clients)

This 30-minute video call (Skype or GoToMeeting) focuses on determining what you want to achieve through holistic nutrition coaching and identifying which “Health Quest” best suits your unique circumstances.

HEALTH QUEST DAY TRIP (1 session – $90)

If you’re looking for answers to your most pressing health questions, this quick route has your name on it.

  • 60-minute video call (Skype or GoToMeeting)
  • Focus – You ask your pressing questions about nutrition, lifestyle, and general wellness.  Based upon your questions, you could receive meal planning suggestions, recipe modifications to fit a special diet (e.g., Paleo, vegetarian, DASH, etc.), and/or recommendations for creating a healthy pantry.  We’ll discuss resources available to help you achieve your health and wellness goals.
  • Outcome – I provide you with real-time personalized recommendations and answers to your health-related questions.

HEALTH QUEST MAPPING (2 sessions – $175)

Choose this option if you want a detailed map to guide you on your wellness journey.  I provide the map, you drive.

  • Session 1 – Health Quest Planning (30 minutes)
  • Session 2 – Health Quest Mapping (60 minutes)
  • Focus – You and I discuss your top 3 health concerns as well as your current eating habits, lifestyle, supplements, and medications.  Prior to session 2, you’ll complete and send to me a 3-day food journal, recent lab tests (if you have any), medical history, and various other health questionnaires I deem necessary based on information you provided in the Health Quest Planning session (session 1).
  • Outcome – I write a personalized Health Quest Map (protocol) for you based on the information you share during sessions 1 and 2.  The protocol may include dietary advice, meal planning guidelines, recipes, resources (books, internet, and apps), supplement and herb recommendations and/or lifestyle suggestions.  You implement the protocol on your own.

HEALTH QUEST MAPPING + ITINERARY PLANNING (3 sessions – $250)

This route adds to Health Quest Mapping a 1-hour session during which we’ll review the “Map” and create a detailed itinerary for you to follow on your wellness journey.

  • Session 1 – Health Quest Planning (30 minutes)
  • Session 2 – Health Quest Mapping (60 minutes)
  • Session 3 – Health Quest Map Review + Itinerary Planning (60 minutes)
  • Focus – Together, we walk through your personalized Health Quest Map (protocol), diving deeper into the rationale for the suggestions, prioritizing next steps, and creating your action plan based on what changes you want to make now versus later.
  • Outcome – I write a personalized action plan for you that covers the next 30 days.

GUIDED HEALTH QUEST (5 sessions – $325)

You don’t have to go it alone.  I can meet you along your route to check progress and make any adjustments needed to keep you on course towards your health goals.

  • Session 1 – Health Quest Planning (30 minutes)
  • Session 2 – Health Quest Mapping (60 minutes)
  • Session 3 – Health Quest Map Review + Itinerary Planning (60 minutes)
  • Session 4 – Health Quest Progress + Course Corrections (30 minutes)
    • Focus – We meet to check your progress on implementing the Health Quest Map, make refinements/changes to keep you on course, and add or revise the Itinerary (action plan) as needed.
    • Outcome – I revise and refine your Itinerary (action plan) for the next 4 weeks.
  • Session 5 – Health Quest Progress + Course Corrections (30 minutes)
    • Focus – We meet to check your progress implementing the Health Quest Map, make refinements/changes to keep you on course, and add or revise the Itinerary (action plan) as needed.
    • Outcome – I write a revised and refined Itinerary long-term (action plan) for you and include suggested resources to assist you with your ongoing quest for health.
